monthly payments.

Each payment you make goes partly toward the rent-to-own company’s financing and partly toward

the purchase balance of your building.

Keep in mind — the longer the term, the more you’ll pay overall, so paying off early saves you money.

You can pay off anytime without penalty, and once your payments are complete, you own your building.

Get your building with no money down! This option requires a valid card on file for automatic drafts of your monthly payments. It’s a great way to get your shed started with no upfront cost, while keeping payments simple and secure through auto-pay.

This option gives you the flexibility of rent-to-own with the benefit of paying no extra cost if paid off quickly. We require $500 down to start, and the agreement is set up as a rent-to-own contract.

If the full balance is paid off within 90 days, you pay no additional fees — the same as cash. If it’s not paid off within that 90-day period, it automatically continues as a standard rent-to-own agreement.
